Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to websites, email content, messaging workflows, and any other materials created by Rizz Marketing, remains the exclusive property of Rizz Marketing. Users are granted a limited license to use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination and Payment

Users can terminate their subscription with a 30-day notice.Monthly payments are due as per the subscription agreement. If a payment is not received, there will be a 15-day grace period.Accounts will be suspended if payment is not made within the grace period.Users will be notified of impending data removal.All user data will be permanently removed after 60 days of non-payment.
